Graco will rate their sprayers base off how the unit looks. An (A) rating means it will look new 9may have a few handling scratches) while a (B) unit will have minor scratches and usually a small amount of paint on it. Most of the time (B) rated units will look fairly clean. As we mentioned earlier the whip hose take some pressure off your wrist. The swivel’s job is to help prevent the hose from twisting or kinking up. While you are spraying the hose will get loops in it that you will constantly have to grab the gun and twist it around to prevent looping.  The gun swivel will make that easier to manage.
